The theme at I Heart Faces this week is "I Heart Beef". We don't get too fancy around here when it comes to dinner, although I have been expanding my cooking skills recently. I think my family is a little worried :). When it comes to dinner I have one very picky daughter, and when it comes to beef she isn't much of a fan at all. However, this dish is something that she requests often. Again, nothing fancy. Just cube steak, ranch potatoes, mixed vegetables, and biscuits. It's one of her favorites, and because she loves it I thought it would work perfect for this challenge. Head over to I Heart Faces to see some other delicious beef dishes.
