Fishin' with the fam

I love spending time with my family, and today was the perfect day to get outside and do something together.  JM loves fishing and it isn't often when we get to go with him, so we hooked the boat on and headed out.  It was a beautiful day, and we had a good time together.  JM was very patient with us.  If you can imagine 3 kids in a boat for an extended period of time it tends to put a damper on fishing, but he was still able to catch some fish.  The girls had a good time riding in the boat, and Doop stuck his hands in the water while the boat was moving and talked about everything from the "chirp birds" needing to duck their heads under water so they didn't get run over by the boats to the moss being disgusting and everything else in between!  What a story teller he is!  It was nice to be in the middle of nowhere alone together.  We need to do it more often.
