Our winter has been really weird this year. It is so warm one day and cold the next. We finally got our first snow though. It's only about 2 months behind, but hey better late than never. It was only supposed to be a light dusting, but we woke up to much more than that. The kids couldn't wait to go out and use their sleds. There really wasn't enough snow to do much sledding, but they were so excited that they decided to make the best of it. I had to catch a few pictures of the beauty.

I kinda hate snow but I want just a touch of it so I can get captures like this. Beautiful.
Ha, I agree with Ashley! I grew up in the burbs of Chicago and remember walking home in one of the worst blizzards we ever had while living there. Sliding down a very large hill in a car no less hoping and praying I wouldn't crash into a house at the bottom. So living in Texas for the last 20 years I don't have to mess with it all, but . . . I also don't get to capture beautiful images of freshly fallen snow before there are foot tracks or dog pee! LOL
Have a wonderful week ahead and I hope they get a bit more snow to go sleding!!
Beautiful! Love the fence shot and those lashes/freckles! Love!
LOVE those eyelashes in that last one! I kind of miss snow, too, even if only to practice snow photography. So pretty!
I love snow! I'm really missing it this year. Why is it so late, come on snow!! :)
Ohhh! LOVE your snowy shots! We've been having the same winter...warm one day, then cold the next. In fact, we got a dusting this morning and on Saturday it's supposed to be 57!! I guess I can deal with at least ONE snow this year so I can get some good shots - LOL! (And that's the ONLY reason). ;-)
Beautiful photos & have a wonderful week!
I love that last photo! Look at those lashes and freckles. So cute. Our weather has been weird as well. Big snow storm headed to Seattle. Glad I got outta there before it hit and I was stuck at home with my parents and son in a small house. And we actually have snow now! Been snowing all evening. Have about 2-3 inches, which cripples driving and just about everything else around here. LOL
